Staff CPE

The Staff CPE report includes total hours and information entered toward CPE credit. This report is used to track staff CPE information and is used when filling out certification papers.

Permissions Required for this Report

In the staff profile, staff must be assigned to a security group that is granted View functional rights for the following:

  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Shared Library > Shared Views
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Custom
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Standard > Firm
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Standard > Practice
  • Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > <report name>

Reports in Foundation that are Comparable

In Practice Management, the comparable report is Employee CPE. In Practice Advantage, there is no comparable report.

Hide Details

Yes/No

Includes or excludes details of each transaction. If excluded, only the headers and footers for each group with amounts only for the grand total display in the report. To view a summary amount for each group, select to subtotal the group.

Hide Comma

Yes/No

Includes or excludes commas in numbers.

Hide Penny

Yes/No

Includes or excludes pennies in amounts.

Staff

The staff name and ID. The format is Staff Last Name, First Name (Staff ID).

Anniversary Date

The CPE renewal date for each jurisdiction for each staff included on the report.

Required Hours

The CPE required hours for renewal for each staff included on the report.

Begin Date

The beginning date of the CPE class.

End Date

The ending date of the CPE class.

Category

The category name associated with the transaction or service code.

Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction selected for the CPE class.

Hours to Date

The hours credited for the CPE class for each staff included on the report.

Class

The class that is associated to the service code.

Location

The location of the CPE class.

Sponsor

The sponsor of the CPE class.

Cost

The cost of the CPE class.

YB

The class qualification for yellow book credit. Will display Y for yes and N for no.
